We are a group dental practice in Middleboro, Massachusetts committed to providing comprehensive and gentle dental care. Our patients get the best of all worlds:

Russell Fox DMD
Russell B. Fox, DMD, has over 25 years of experience as a dentist in private practice. He shares his expertise as part of the collaborative team in this practice providing comprehensive care in general and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Fox graduated with a bachelor of science degree from North Texas State University in Denton before moving on to complete his doctor of dental medicine degree from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He completed his general practice hospital residency at St. Luke Memorial Hospital in Utica, New York. A lifelong learner, Dr. Fox attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies for continuing education classes from 2006-2008, where he completed five core courses in neuromuscular dentistry and performed a complete maxillary arch restoration as the last phase of his training.
Dr. Fox speaks both English and French and welcomes new patients.

Dr. Omar Al-Kazaz is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist who graduated with distinction from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2019 and has continued advancing his expertise through extensive training across Canada and the United States.
With experience treating pediatric, geriatric, special needs, and medically complex patients, Dr. Al-Kazaz provides comprehensive dental care ranging from preventive treatments and cosmetic dentistry to root canals, extractions, implant restorations, prosthetics, Invisalign, and advanced digital dentistry using modern scanners and intraoral technology. His dedication to patient education, personalized care, and clinical excellence is further reflected in his community involvement, including serving underserved populations in Toronto and volunteering with the Toronto General Hospital Cancer Center Survivorship Program, making him a trusted and credible professional committed to improving oral health and patient well-being.

Dr. Hesham Fouda, DMD
Dr. Hesham Fouda is a highly accomplished dental professional known for his commitment to innovation, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care.
A graduate of the Boston University Henry S. Goldman School of Dental Medicine Advanced Standing Program in 2019, Dr. Fouda also earned his original dental degree in Egypt in 2006, bringing a broad international perspective and extensive clinical experience to his practice. His expertise includes cosmetic and restorative dentistry, veneers, crowns and bridges, implant restorations using advanced CAD-CAM technology, Invisalign orthodontics, implant-retained dentures, and 3D-printed removable prosthetics.
As an active member of both the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society, Dr. Fouda remains dedicated to continuing education and staying at the forefront of modern dental advancements. His strong academic background, advanced technical expertise, professional affiliations, and patient-focused approach establish him as a trusted and credible leader in modern dentistry.
